Using her considerable skills as a chocolatier, Cassy Baker also hand produces exquisite chocolates using only the best Belgian couverture (60% cocoa). Rather than relying on artificial embellishments and decorations, her minimalist designs allows the true chocolate flavour to feature.
Urban Bites chocolates may be purchased individually or gift boxed for that special occasion. New flavours are regularly introduced to the standard range of milk and dark chocolates:
Grand Marnier Square: Subtle Grand Marnier liqueur (orange flavour) flavoured ganache hand dipped in dark couverture chocolate and decorated with gold leaf
Frangelico Square: With a ganache flavoured subtley with Frangelico (hazelnut) liqueur, enveloped with a dark chocolate and decorated with a copper coloured swirl.
Raspberry Framboise Square: Smooth, gentle taste of raspberry liqueur flavoured ganache, hand dipped in milk couverture and decorated with a pink swirl.
Lime & Pistachio: Lime flavoured White chocolate ganache in hand dipped dark couverture chocolate and topped with a pistachio.
Milk Praline Triangle: A triangle hand dipped in milk couverture with a crunchy almond praline centre.
Caramel swirl: Luscious caramel ganache enveloped in milk couverture with a gold leaf swirl on top.
